Fill in one option: the profile username or the verified recovery email. If you enter both, they must belong to the same profile.

Profile name (username)If you know the username, that is enough: School sends the code to the verified email already saved for that profile.Recovery email (optional)If you forgot the username too, use the verified email. If the same email is linked to several profiles, the inbox message lists their usernames so you can choose the right one.

The page response stays intentionally generic: School does not publicly confirm whether a username or email exists.
