School Assistant can help.

The Assistant cannot see passwords, recovery codes, or email codes and cannot decide identity by itself. It can explain the steps and create a private support ticket. The administrator can manually link the case to a profile only after independent verification, then issue a temporary one-time link for choosing a new password.
